SideMe is for adults 18 and over only. It is a dating service. Every member gives their date of birth when they join, and anyone under 18 cannot create a profile.
These terms govern your use of SideMe. By creating an account you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. SideMe asks for your date of birth during the interview and refuses anyone under 18; an account found to belong to a minor is closed. One account per person. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login secure.
SideMe interviews you, builds a private compatibility profile, and, through its matching engine, introduces you to one member at a time whom it judges genuinely compatible. SideMe is an introduction service; we do not conduct background or criminal checks and cannot guarantee any outcome, meeting, or relationship.
You keep ownership of your photos and content. You grant SideMe a limited licence to host, process, and display them within the service as needed to operate it (for example, showing your rating photo to raters and your profile to a match). You are responsible for the content you submit.
Meeting people from any online service carries risk. Always meet in public, tell someone where you are going, and use your judgement. SideMe is not responsible for the conduct of any member, online or offline.
You may take a break or delete your account at any time from the app. A deleted account is kept for 30 days, during which signing in restores it, and is then erased permanently. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or the law, or to protect members and the service.
SideMe is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SideMe is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of other members. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will change the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use SideMe after a change means you accept it.
